Christ is the Reason

Merry Christmas! --- Chúc mọi người giáng sinh vui vẻ!

Hope every one's Christmas is filled with great joy.

I don't have a lot of time to write a long email, but hope everyone has a great holiday!!

This week was filled with many miracles. This week we got 4 new investigators. 2 were referrals from a member and then 2 were from English class. We have been very blessed to have to opportunity to teach these people.

This week we were reminded of the true meaning of Christmas as we got to participate in a Branch nativity. It was a neat experience to hear of the Savior's birth while doing something together as a branch. The savior was born for us to fulfill God's plan.

I hope you enjoy the Christmas holiday and were able to do the 25 days of Christmas! I know that me and my companions have been trying to do it and it's been a blessing.

Happy Christmas Season!--- Giáng Sinh Vui Vẻ!

Hope every one's week was great! This week went by so fast for me!

This week we did a lot of teaching and eating with people to gain more relationships!

One Monday we had Family Home Evening. We decorated the church and stayed very busy with that! It was soo much fun!

We were able to teach Chị Mai this week. She is doing great! She has so many questions about the church and it's really interesting to be able to write them down and study them more in depth for me! She is really is interested in the Happiness the gospel brings for families, which is perfect!

This week too, we met with Cô Trúc at her work. She told us she doesn't know if she has a lot of faith, which is really sad. It's hard because she doesn't keep all her commitments, so there is really no application in her life.

This week also Chú Mỹ (just like me but male) made us scriptures cases! They are soo cute, but besides that he is a member, but his wife is not a member. She is very strict to Traditions. We were talking and he told me the she is not ready YET. He told me she is being prepared. The Lord prepares everyone. He shares the gospel with her, so one day she will accept the gospel. The Lord really does have a plan for everyone.

December 10, 2017 Xin Chào Everyone, Hope everyone's week was great. My week was very busy with lessons and meetings, just the usual. One thing that happened last week that no one may care about, but we spent 1.5 million Đông on food last week. That is really expensive compared to my last companion. haha. Many great things happend this week: So usually in the week, we don't ride our bikes often. We are blessed to be in an area where everything is very close, but this week we got the opportunity to take a bike ride to a different District to go visit someone. The bike ride was almost 2 hours but it was totally worth meeting with this sister. She is a sister of one of the Missionaries here serving in our mission. Her name is Chị Quyên. She is really nice and really wants to learn more about the gospel because she has seen the change it has made in her sister's life. October 8, 2017 This week we had a ton of rain. It kept flooding the streets so it was fun to play in. haha. This week was kinda slow. We taught a lot of recent convert lessons. It's great to teach those lessons because they know the gospel and it's more like them teaching us.  Haha. This week we taught Ba Oanh again. We taught her about prepping for General Conference and getting ready to listen to the prophet.
