Feelin' the Love

January 21, 2018

Hello everyone!

This week was really crazy. We had a lot of appointments and we got 2 new investigators!

This week we had FHE and they did western dancing. Everyone really liked it and loved learning about the American culture. Even though we could not dance, we really enjoyed talking to our investigators and helping out.

This week we got 2 new investigators. They are both Em's, which essentially means they are younger than us. They are really interested and are learning a lot from us. They are people who don't really know anything about God, so we are taking it slow with them. We were worried they wouldn't get along with everyone but they got along with each other. Perfect because they are the same age.

Also met with Chi Mai and Chi Quynh, who both have baptismal dates. It's so cool to see them develop and grow in the gospel and to see them have and grow the light of Christ. Chi Quynh said to us that she has seen a really big change in her life and everyone is noticing that she is a lot happier.

We also were able to go visit Cô Diệp. She is one of our investigators and she is having a hard time meeting us so we are going to her house. Hopefully she will continue to meet with us!

Also Thanks for all the letters from the Ward this week. I felt so much love when I was able to get them! They are so cool!

This week was really busy and this upcoming week is even busier! ahhhh

Xin Chào!
This week was very busy. We had so many bike rides this week which is unusual. It was a good exercise because I don't exercise as much as I should. hehe

This week we had the opportunity to go visit 3 members and 2 investigators in their homes. It was good to go see them and see how they are doing.

We visited two of our investigators. We went Co Mai's house. She is one of our investigators who was really interested in the beginning but not as interested as much now. We are still trying to work with her. When we went to her house, she just wanted to sing with us, not really interested in us talking about church. Nice video below. We also visited one of our missionaries sister's who is an investigator. She has the cutest son everyone.

Also went to Co Cuc's House and taught her a lesson. She is a recent convert. We read the scriptures with her and then she gave us lunch. It was interesting. I ate balut. Please just look it up. It's strange. haha. Went to Ba Oanh's house again! She is the best 73 year old member in our branch. She has such a strong testimony and told us that she hopes that everyone can learn the gospel earlier in their life so they don't have as many struggles in their life like she did.

This week too, we taught our investigators who finally have baptismal dates! We have 2 investigators who have dates and we were jumping up for joy! They are getting baptized after Tet which is The Vietnamese New year holiday. It is also in a transfer or two so we may not even be here. We will see who is here! haha.

Also had transfers this week. Nothing happened, but we will be having a change in a couple weeks as one of the missionaries will be going to the MTC in Philippines. We will continue to see who will be moving...

Nothing tooo fun happened and I cant focus. Hope everyone has a good week!
Bye bye nhé
